This is a wonderful formal hat made from silver coloured sinamay (the fibre of the abacca plant). I kept this quite simple with a shaped ostrich feather and natural sinamay ribbon trip. The shape is so bold and effective that I wanted that to be the focus of the hat.

The hat is lined in a vintage silk, which helps avoid snagging and breakage of stray hairs and apparently silk lined hats are great to help hair condition.
This is a medium size hat 56.5cm hat fit, but can be made to measure.
