I wanted to make a hat was not fussy yet special and could be worn to a wedding or a friends lunch in the garden, and this is that hat! It is mainly pink with just a little grey to offer a subtle highlight.
First I made the crown then I split the brim, wired the edge and twisted around. 
My model and friend who you can see wearing it said that it is a particularly comfortable hat to wear.
