This is a wide halo style hat, it made comfortable as it is hollow except for a frame made from French millinery wire. I added some elastic to go under your hair at the back of the head so it feels fully secure.

I have embellished it with flowers made from silk abacca formed around a central crystal. So that the hat looks great from all angels I made an extra flower to nestle into the back politely facing anyone standing behind you. Finally their is a beautiful vintage veil, I noticed the same veiling of one attendee at this year’s Met Gala (I made this hat first!).
