I love this hat, it is so vibrant! 
It is made on a classic vintage hat block. I layered up two different clashing petersham ribbons. I made this rose from cotton velvet and dyed each petal in varying tones of fuschia and orange.  Normally I would leave it there, but this hat cried out for a little more so I added orange feather and some spiky red crinoline. 
It is a 22 1/2 to 23” head fit, which is a medium hat size.
