Inspired my the caduceus, Hermes, staff this hat adds drama without being too large. It is made from sinamay that has been twisted and wired for stability. It sits comfortably on a silk lined button base.
I designed it so that it is relatively small but mighty! The swoop across from right to left it very flattering and I created two different colours, pink and white, that emerge from under the hat when the tails glides upwards in a characteristic double helix twirl. 
It is finished with a little gold coloured lace, reflecting my inspiration from Hermes’ wings.
As with the huge majority of my hats this is a one off and totally unique. It does not come form a standard block but it is hwnd sculpted and shaped.
